GNCB provided structural design, geotechnical, special inspection and construction administration services for a new 30,800 square foot, two-story classroom wing addition with a partial basement. Site conditions for the project required that GNCB be on site at specific times so as not to delay the construction schedule. Working closely with the site superintendent, visits were scheduled at opportune times to assure continuous workflow and meet schedule demands.
