GNCB acted as project representative for the Town of Farmington for a renovation to the Town Office Building. The project consisted of constructing a new 4-hour rated record storage vault, office renovation/relocation, and relocation of phone/data/security to a new computer room. In addition to performing on site observations of the contractors’ work, GNCB coordinated hazardous waste removals with town personnel, reviewed payment applications, and change orders, and advised the owner and architects on various issues during construction.
