This new office building and computer center was reviewed by GNCB for Building Code, Fire Safety Code and structural compliance. The methodology for this review had to be developed for the project because the Connecticut Threshold Law had not yet been written. GNCB aided the Town of Simsbury, whose municipal departments were not adequately staffed to review this 635,000 square foot project.
