STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
Our engineers at GNCB are proficient in the design and analysis of all building materials including steel, concrete, masonry, and timber. We use 2D and 3D analytical software to streamline the design process and customize elegant, creative, and feasible structural solutions to architectural challenges.
3D MODELING AND DRAFTING
GNCB produces high-quality construction drawings using Autodesk Revit, a 3D drafting and building-information-modeling (BIM) software. With this software, we are able to maximize communication with Architects and their team of consultants during the design phase of the project.

INSPECTIONS
The Special Inspection Program became Connecticut state law in the early 1980s. GNCB’s engineers use their design and construction experience to establish the necessary quality control steps to ensure that the requirements of the structural design are met while managing costs to the Owner.
