SoundWaters Shed Featured in CT Preservation News

The restoration of the SoundWaters shed at Stamford’s Cove Island Park was featured in the March/April 2017 Connecticut Preservation News. The article discusses the joint efforts of GNCB, Faesy-Smith Architects, and Stamford’s Historic Neighborhood Preservation (HNP) organization to repair the structure and provide flood-relief measures.
GNCB also recently completed
a flood mitigation feasibility study for the National Register-listed Holly
House – SoundWaters’ Headquarter building, which the shed is adjacent to.
